- Day 04 Fly from Nepalgunj to Juphal, then trek to Dunai (2140 meters)
- Day 05 Dunai to Tarakot, (2537m) (5 hours)
- Day 06 Tarakot to Laina Odar, (3370m) (5 hours)
- Day 07 Laina Odar to Naworpani (6 hours)
- Day 08 Naworpani to Dho Tarap. (6-7 hours)
- Day 09 Acclimatization day at Dho Tarap
- Day 10 Dho tarap to Numala Base Camp (4440m) (4-5 hours)
- Day 11 Numala Base Camp to Pelung Tang via Numala Pass. (6-7 hours)
- Day 12 Pelung Tang to Dajok Tang via Baga La pass. (5-6 hours)
- Day 13 Dajok Tang to Ringmo Village. (4 hours)
- Day 14 Acclimatization day at Ringmo; Hike to Phoksundo Lake.
- Day 15 Ringmo Village to Shyangta. (5-6 hours).
- Day 16 Shyangta to Juphal (5 hours)
