Damodar Kunda trek has been open for tourist in the year of 2002 for all trekkers & Pilgrimage foreigners. Now your dream to Damodar Kunda Trek can be fulfilled. The Damodar Kund (lake)  is famous for Hindu and Buddhist religious pilgrims; it is situated in the north of Annapurna range. The elevation of the Damodar Kund is just 4890 meters; it is cold and windy place. We will recommend to you visit during August every year, because every year there is a big festival up there and many pilgrimages Hindu and Buddhist visit at this time of August. Usually, you can visit in April to September as well every year. From, a little bit higher than the lake, the views around there are great looking.

Damodar Himal to the north and the Annapurna Himalayan massif is clearly visible to the south. The walk to the Damodar Kund Lake is easy but quite long walking distance. don't worry about the altitude; we will carry medicine dimox for altitude sickness the highest camp is at the Damodar Kund just 4890 meters high.

Damodar Kunda & Muktinath by Trek

Itinerary: Pokhara – Jomsom- Damodar kunda- Muktinath -
Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu Pick up from Airport transfers to Hotel, Evening Visit to Pashupati
Nath Temple for have worship (puja), darshan at arati time, back to Hotel, overnight.
Day 02: Kathmandu – Pokhara Drive to Pokhara ,arrival at Pokhara and transfer to hotel, Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Pokhara – Jomsom Fly from Pokhara to Jomsom, Trek starts from Jomsom (2750m.) Overnight at Kagbeni, transfer to hotel and rest.
Day 04: Trek start from Kagbeni (2800m.) Overnight at Chaile. (3000m.)
Day 05 :Trek start from Chaile night stop Ghami ( 3490m.
Day 06: Trek start from Ghami overnight at Yara (4000m.)
Day 07: Rest at Yara
Day 08: Trek start on horse from Yara to Thanti (rest house)- near Damodar Kund overnight
Day 09: Trek from Thanti to Damodar Kund (5400m.). After Darshan/ worship and Over night at Damodhar Kund.
Day 10: Trek from Damodhar Kund to Yara (Pony trek would be from Yara to Yara)
Day 11 : Treks from Yara to Charang. (3620m.)
Day 12: Treks from Charang to Syangmoche. (3770m.)
Day 13: Treks from Syangmoche to Chuksang.
Day 14: Trek from Chuksang to Muktinath.
Day 15: Trek from Muktinath to Jomsom
Day 16: Fly back Jomsom to Pokhara
Day 17 : Drive back to Kathmandu
Day 18 : After breakfast transfer to Airport
