Kathmandu, Chitwan, and Pokhara tours begin with your arrival at Kathmandu airport. You will learn about several UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu and move to Chitwan. Chitwan will add the great enthusiasm of the wilderness to your journey. You will go on a Jungle Safari and get to see a lot of wildlife like one-horned rhinos and tigers. After spending 2/3 days in Chitwan, you will head to Pokhara where you will be welcomed with stunning views of snow-capped mountains. As you can visit Phewa Lake, which is the 2nd largest freshwater lake in Nepal. You can see the reflection of mount Machhapuchhre on the surface of Phewa Lake. We can also visit many attractions such as Davis Falls, Begnas lake, the international mountain museum and some other incredible views and scenery places. Pokhara is also preferred for adventure activities including mountain biking, bungee jumping, paragliding, ultralight flight, sky diving and some other interesting trips. Most tourist comes to Pokhara for enjoying the natural beauty.

Itinerary

  1. Day 01 Arrival at Kathmandu

    You will be welcomed by our staff standing with your name card in the airport arrival terminal and transferred to your hotel by a private vehicle. Your hotel is in the middle of the city. You will have nothing planned for the day, so take a rest and gather the energy to walk on the trails. Else, if you have some personal gears to buy, you can go shopping in the Market in the evening. You will spend a night in a hotel.

  2. Day 02 Full Day Sightseeing in Kathmandu

    After breakfast, our guide comes to your hotel to pick you up with transportation. There are then several ways you can spend your day given the numerous famous sights around Kathmandu. Kathmandu has a special atmosphere during the early morning hours when the city is slowly coming to life yet not too chaotic. we can provide a local English-speaking guide who knows the city well and can explain the history and significance of the sights.
    Sacred Sites of the Valley: Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath, patan & Boudhanath. This is a full-day tour and you'll stop for lunch at a local restaurant during the day.
    Boudhanath: A UNESCO World Heritage Site and the world's largest spherical stupa (Buddhist shrine). Check out the site's numerous monasteries, as well as an enormous adorned statue of Maitreya Buddha.
    Pashupatinath: The most sacred of all Hindu temples in Nepal, located on the holy Bagmati River. This is a large temple complex where you can easily spend an hour exploring.
    Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple):25 centuries old monument stands as one of the world’s oldest Buddhist Chaityas. The Great Stupa of Swyambhu is the wonder of Nepal, the glory that was Nepal. It is indeed listed as World Heritage for Site to prove that it serves as the nerve center of faithful worship for all the devout philosophy of Bajrayan in particular and honors Lord Adi Buddha. The hill top where Swayambhunath Chaitiya is built listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site, offers grand views of whole Kathmandu valley with distant snowcapped peaks.
    Patan Compared to Kathmandu it’s quieter, less frenetic and more Buddhist. Patan is called the City of Arts because of its incredible wood carvings. But the residents of Patan call it Lalitpur; City of Beauty. Patan is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and features its own royal palace with its golden door and window. The Patan Durbar Square is not a big area, but it is a concentrated mass of temples. All symmetrically arranged in such a way that it doesn’t feel overcrowded. It displays the most stunning of Newari architecture to be seen in Nepal.

    Everest Mountain Flight: A unique opportunity, consider taking a mountain flight to see Mount Everest (one hour).
    Shivapuri National Park (half-day): Go hiking or mountain biking in this scenic national park located on the northern fringe of Kathmandu Valley. There are hundreds of species of flora and fauna, including medicinal herbs, as well as historical and religious sites.

  3. Day 03 Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara

    After breakfast early in the morning, you start your amazing trip to Pokhara. It is about 200km west of Kathmandu. You will drive through Trishuli Valley and upstream to the junction of Marsyangdi River. Having pleasant weather, Pokhara is a paradise for tourists full of natural as well as cultural heritage sites such as caves, lakes, temples of Hindus and Buddhists along with mountains. You can also fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara if you have a short time in Nepal, which takes about 35 minutes to reach by flight.
    Note: if we are flying from Pokhara to Kathmandu, it will take 25 min to reach Kathmandu ( inform us earlier we will manage)

  4. Day 04 Pokhara sightseeing

    Early morning sunrise from sarangkot where you see the Annapurna Himalaya range including Mt fishtail. Then back to the hotel take breakfast then we are heading sightseeing. Our Guide will give you a perfect idea of which place would be the best to initiate.
    David's Falls: David's falls is an amazing waterfall in Pokhara Valley which is nearly 500 feet long and runs 100 feet below ground level. It is also known as Patale Chhango which means the underwater world. According to local old people, On 31st July 1961, a Swiss couple David went swimming but the woman drowned in a pit. Since that day the place is known as David's falls.
    International Mountain Museum: The museum is situated just 0.5 km south of the Pokhara airport. The spot is rightly selected as we can enjoy the unique view of 3 massive mountain peaks; Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Manaslu which are above 8000 meters with our single eyesight and no place in the world offer us such a panoramic view. Provides information on mountaineering, the world's mountain system. mountain cultures, environments, mountain geography, ecology, an exhibition of mountaineering history and implied methods.
    Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave: Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, one of the longest caves in Nepal is nearly 3km long. There are some walls dripping water inside the cave and about 40m in, we can see the statue of Lord Shiva. Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave is near David's falls.
    World Peace Stupa: Recently built a top hill overlooking Phewa Tal, the Stupa offers a great place to see the sun set over Pokhara. It can be accessed by hiring a boat and rowing across the lake and climbing a sometimes leech-infested track, or by foot from the road that passes Devi Falls.
    Sarangkot is a 1,600m high hill situated on the northern shore of Phewa lake. On the way to Sarangkot, you'll pass through Schima-Catonopsis Forest and there is a lot of opportunity to watch birds. It's a 2-hour walk from Phewa Lake. On reaching the hill, you can find good hotels and a tower on the top of the hill from where you can view the Pokhara Valley and also the wide range of Annapurna.
    Bindhyabasini Temple: Bindhyabasini temple is situated on the hilltop and 3000m from sea level. This religious place of Hindus living in the Pokhara region is devoted to the goddess Durga. Goddess Durga which is also known as Kali Mata is the symbol of a bloodthirsty goddess. Many people come here to worship and sacrifice animals.
    Phewa Lake and Barahi Temple: Beautiful Lake Phewa is the second-largest lake in Nepal. It covers an area of about 4.43 sq km with an average depth of about 8.6m, maximum water depth is 19m. The reflection of Mount Annapurna can be seen on Phewa Lake. Another attraction of this Lake is Barahi Temple made in pagoda style, which is an island in the middle of Phewa Lake.
    Gurkha Museum: This is the pride of Pokhara. The Gurkha Museum, located near Mahendra Pul, chronicles the valiant achievements of the Gurkha regiment and has an interactive display as well. The AV show details the nuances of the regiment, and the exhibits contain many medals, artefacts and weapons used. There is also a wall of fame, naming prominent Gurkha soldiers.

  5. Day 05 Drive from Pokhara to Chitwan National Park

    After breakfast we will drive out of Pokhara. It is about 90 Km from Pokhara to Chitwan, which takes about 4-5 hours. The road snakes through the scenic mountainous region with Himalayan backdrop to Chitwan. A private car with an experienced driver makes the journey pleasant. Chitwan National Park is the last undisturbed vestiges of magnetic plains. Check in the Safari resorts in the vicinity of Chitwan National Park and join activities like village tour, visit to Elephant breeding centre and bird watching.

    After breakfast, we will leave the plain of Chitwan and drive north towards the mountains again. Enjoy the Trishuli river on the 6 hours of the scenic drive. Check-in to the same Kathmandu hotel.

  8. Day 08 Final departure
