Kharta Valley Trek in Tibet is one of the most popular adventure in nomad land. Trekkers in Tibet can see and experience its amazing cultural lifestyles and natural wonders closely. Kharta Valley trek is completely worth doing in life where you can find some of the grandest Himalayan sceneries on this spectacular hike, which takes you along steep sided valleys and glacial lakes. In the summer the valley is covered with the magnificent grassland colorful wild flowers. The highest point on this trek is the Langma La Pass (5,320m), which offers marvelous views on a clear day southern yard dominating heist barrier by Mt Everest and Makalu.

After completing official procedure and final preparation in Kathmandu you will be transfer to Tibet boarder via friendship highway. Kharta valley trekking is also combined with sightseeing visit into main cultural heart of Lhasa in Tibet. In Lhasa you will explore many of the most popular attractions ranging from The Potala Palace to busy bustling market streets and other cultural and Buddhist religion sites. Among of them except the Potala Palace- such as the Jokhang Temple and Drepung Monastery allow travelers to experience Tibetan Buddhism first hand witness.

Day 01: Drive to Kodari boarder & Zhangmu-Nyalam (3780m)
Day 02: Rest day for acclimatization at Nyalam
Day 03: Drive to Kharta Village and overnight camp
Day 04: Acclimatization at Kharta Village and overnight camp
Day 05: Trek to Lundrubling and overnight camp
Day 06: Trek to Kaamo Tsangpo valley via Shao La (4970 m) and overnight camp
Day 07: Trek to Khangsung valley and overnight camp
Day 08: Trek to Pethang Ringmo and overnight camp
Day 09: Trek to Hoppo and overnight camp
Day 10: Trek to Kangshung Base Camp & return back to Hoppo
Day 11: Trek to Base of Langma La (5330M) and overnight camp
Day 12: Trek to Lundrubling via Langma La and overnight camp
Day 13: Trek to Kharta village and overnight camp
Day 14: Drive to Rongbuk Monastery and overnight at lodge
Day 15: Explore Everest Base Camp & drive to Shigatse (3900m) and overnight at hotel
Day 16: Drive to Gyantse (3950m) and overnight at hotel
Day 17: Sightseeing in Gyangtse & drive to Lhasa (3600m) via Lake Yamdrok Tso
Day 18: Sightseeing in Lhasa: Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Bazaar
Day 19: Sightseeing in Lhasa: Drepung and Sera Monastery
Day 20: Fly back to Kathmandu or to China’s other destination or home country.
