Tibet Everest Base Camp Trek

Tibet Everest Base Camp trek follows the route via crossing Nepal boarder side Kodari -Zhangmu or trekkers can do the same trek by arriving Lhasa first via main land of China. Tibet Everest Base Camp trek starts from Old Tingri where trekkers will meet with our trekking crew team. The trek will take you up the historic expedition route from Old Tingri to Rongbuk Monastery crossing over the Langma La pass (16,900 ft). Later hike up to the North Everest Base Camp and explore the Rongbuk glacier lies directly below the massive north face of Mount Everest and other peaks nearby.

 Along the trek you will be supported by our team that includes a camping cook who will prepare all meals. All camping equipment will be provided except you personal gear. During the trek clients need to carry small day-pack only to walk at easy pace as this trek is designed for a more relax. All equipment and luggage will be carried by yaks or supporting truck. After trekking you will be joing for the overeland journey to Lhasa and there you will visit most popular places like Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple Drepung Monastery and other historical spots.

Day 01: Welcome to Kathmandu
Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing tour
Day 03: Drive to Border and drive to Nyalam
Day 04: Rest Day in Nyalam for acclimatization
Day 05: Drive to Tingri and join the trek and overnight at hotel
Day 06: Trek to Lungthang (4510m) and overnight camp
Day 07: Trek to Lamna La (5150m) and overnight camp
Day 08: Trek to Zommug (4790m) and overnight camp
Day 09: Trek to Rongbuk (5000m) and overnight camp
Day 10: Explotaion at Rongbuk Glacier and overnight camp
Day 11: Drive to Xegar and overnight at hotel
Day 12: Drive to xigatse and overnight at hotel
Day 13: Singtseeing & Drive to Gyantse and overnight at hotel
Day 14: Drive to Lhasa and overnight at hotel
Day 15: Sightseeing in Lhasa and overnight at hotel
Day 16: Sightseeing in Lhasa and overnight at hotel
Day 17: Lhasa airport drop or Train station for final departure
