Day 01: Kathmandu – Vol pour Nepalganj.

Day 02: Nepalganj – Juphal : vol et debut du trek jusqu’a DUNAI (env. 3h1/2).

Day 03: Dunai – Tarakot (YALA KOTE) check-post des permis- env.6h de marche.

Day 04: Tarakot - Tarap Khola (Lahini Kharka).

Day 05: Tarap Khola - Bivo Caves (3500m d’altitude).

Day 06: Bivo Cave - Dho Tarap (4200m d’alt.).

Day 07: Dho : visite de l’ecole, des gombas,

Day 08: Dho - Takse (Numla Phedi).

Day 09: Takse - Numla Pass/ Camp de Baga La.

Day 10: Baga La - Bakhra Kharka.

Day 11: Bakhara Kharka – Ringmo.

Day 12: Ringmo - lac de Phoksumdo (visite).

Day 13: Ringmo/ Regi Gaon.

Day 14: Regi Gaon – Roha Gaon (Raktang).

Day 15: Roha Gaon – Juphal Airport.

Day 16: Juphal/ Nepalganj/ Kathmandu.
