KONGMA-LA PASS, CHO-LA PASS & RENJO-LA PASS TREK-The ambitious trekker’s intend to do high passes trek without any technical climbing gears. This types of treks is available in Everest region of the Kongma-La, Cho-La and Renjo-la Pass with the alpine pastures and Lakes of Gokyo or milk lake the abode of Lord Shiva. While you are in this trek, you can see the outstanding and majestic views of Mt. Everest, Cho-oyu, Lhotse, Nuptse, Pumori, Amadablam, Lobuche and other many more mountains from Kalapathar and Gokyo-Ri top. We cross the Renjo pass (5345 m) to reach the Gokyo lakes where we climb Gokyo Peak (5480 m) and enjoy one of Nepal most beautiful mountain sceneries including Everest, Makalu and Cho Oyo.
From this point we take the trail to Lobuche, crossing Cho La pass (5420 m) and join the small village of Dzongla. After the ascent of Kala Patthar (5545 m) and the impressive up-close view of Everest, our return route passes through Kongma La (5535 m) or the Imja Tse valley. While going down, we stop in Tengboche, a magnificent location with a fascinating monastery. We rest here and savor the incredible scenery, including magnificent views of Everest, Ama Dablam (6856m), Kantega (6809m), Kwangde (6194m), Nuptse (7879m), and Lhotse (8511m), to name but a few.
Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel and welcome dinner.
Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing, Transfer to hotel.
Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2850 m) and trek to Phakding (2600m), 3 hrs and o/n in tents.
Day 04: Phakding to Namche (3450m) 6 hrs and o/n in tents.
Day 05: Namche rest day (Hike to Khumjung village / Thame Monastery) 3 hrs o/n in tents.
Day 06: Namche to Tengboche (3865m), 5hrs o/n in tents.
Day 07: Tengboche trek to Pangboche (4950m), 7 hrs o/n in tents.
Day 08: Hike Pangboche to Dingboche 5 hrs o/n in tents.
Day 09: Dingboche to Chhukung, 3 hrs o/n in tents.
Day 10: Chhukung to Kongma-la BC (5000m), 4 hrs o/n in tents.
Day 11: Kongma-la BC - Kongma-la pass (5535) – Lobuche (4940m), 6hrs o/n in tents.
Day 12: Lobuche trek to Everest base camp (5400m) and to Gorakshep (5170m), 8-9 hrs o/n in tents.
Day 13: Gorakshep (early morning trek to Kalapattar, 5545m) 3 hrs and trek to Dzongla 4860m, 6 hrs o/n in tents.
Day 14: Dzongla – Cho-la pass (5380m) trek to Thangnak 4680, 6 hrs o/n in tents.
Day 15: Thangnak to Gokyo, 4 hrs o/n in tents.
Day 16: Hike to Gokyo-Ri (5357m), 4 hrs o/n in tents.
Day 17: Gokyo – Renjo-la Pass (5338m) - Lunde 4300m, 6hrs o/n in tents.
Day 18: Lunde to Thame 3820m, 6hrs o/n in tents.
Day 19: Thame to Monjo 2840m, 6 hrs o/n in tents.
Day 20: Monjo to Lukla, 5 hrs o/n in tents.
Day 21: Fly back to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 22: Free Day in Kathmandu for shopping.
Day 23: Final departure to your own destination.
